💛 OUR COMMITEMENT
Every item is packed with care, and we want you to feel happy and confident with your order. Because our products range from small collectibles to wearable items, we follow category‑specific guidelines to keep everything fair and safe.

🔄 RETURNS

🧷 Pins, Magnets & Stickers

These items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Opened sticker packs or loose stickers cannot be returned for hygiene and handling reasons.
  • Pins and magnets must show no signs of wear or damage.

👕 Outfits (Shirts, Hoodies, Apparel)

We accept returns on apparel within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of scents, stains, or pet hair.
  • Tags (if applicable) must still be attached.
  • Apparel that shows signs of wear cannot be returned.

☕ Mugs and Drinkware

Mugs must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Chips, cracks, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • If the mug arrived damaged, see the “Damaged or Incorrect Items” section below.

📦 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description of what happened

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund once the issue is verified

💸 REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing may take 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable, except in cases of shop error or damaged items.

🚚 Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but can’t be found, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it still doesn’t turn up, reach out and we’ll help investigate

📝 Non‑Returnable Items

  • Opened sticker packs or loose stickers
  • Used pins, magnets, mugs, or apparel
  • Clearance or final‑sale item
  • Returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
